WHAT

We partnered with one of the UAE’s most impact-driven art institutions just before its five-year anniversary to both honor how far they’d come and look boldly toward what’s next.

HOW

Over two months, we designed and facilitated a series of virtual workshops to help the core team and key stakeholders—including the foundation that oversees arts, heritage, and culture in Abu Dhabi—explore big questions of identity, purpose, and future direction.

Together, we defined the institution’s core values, audience promise, and positioning, translating those insights into a Brand and Culture Book that captured their story, philosophy, and strategic compass for the years ahead.

IMPACT

The work reignited pride and clarity across the organization. Warehouse421 launched a series of social films announcing their renewed purpose and will use the book as a guide for decision-making and creative direction over the next five years.
